EX// Chloe M. Speech joined the firm in 2023 as a summer associate and continued as a law clerk until she graduated from Marquette University Law School in May of 2024. 

Following her graduation and admission into the State Bar of Wisconsin, she is now an associate attorney with Stuart, Tokarz, Soberalski & Pollard, practicing primarily in the areas of real estate law, construction law,real estate litigation, and general business litigation.

Already a valuable member of Stuart, Tokarz, Soberalski & Pollard, Chloe has proven to consistently provide outstanding analytical, pragmatic, organized, and detail-oriented work for the firm’s clients. Her involvement further improves the excellent work product that Stuart, Tokarz, Soberalski & Pollard is known to provide to its clients.

In addition to her legal work, Chloe continues to value civic service and other activities that give back to the community. While in law school, Chloe was a member of the Pro Bono Honor Society and volunteered weekly with the MVLC Expungement & Pardons Clinic. She expects to continue her volunteer activities with the MVLC Expungement & Pardons Clinic as part of her professional life.
